1 When registering for the event, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete registration details and to inform us of any changes after registering.

2 It is your responsibility to inform us of any special access requirements on registration by emailing events@manvfat.com

3 By attending the event you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the event. MAN v FAT reserve the right to use the images and videos in future marketing materials without obtaining further approval from you or making any payment to you.

4 Participants must be over the age of 18.

5 We do not monitor or screen communications using the chat function on the event platform and are not responsible for any participants posts.

6 Opinions and views expressed using the chat function, are the participants own. We do not endorse or support these.

7 We may, but are not obligated to, investigate any content using the chat function following a complaint, and take any action deemed appropriate, should it be disruptive, abusive, offensive, illegal or inappropriate in any other way.

8 We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event platform, for any reason, at our discretion.

9. Should you already be a MAN v FAT member, your existing communications preferences are not altered by registering for this event.

10. Potential future members may be contacted via email for marketing purposes by MAN v FAT or sponsoring organisations, unless you opt out upon registration.
